Since prayer times shift daily during Ramadan, we recommend checking the schedule daily so as not to be off even by a minute.
It is not recommended. The prayer schedule is sensitive to geography: even a difference of tens of kilometres leads to a discrepancy in the Fajr, Maghrib and Isha times. The sun rises and sets at its own moment above each locality, so the data of a neighbouring city is only approximate. To perform the prayer on time, it is advisable to use the schedule calculated for Ayat' according to its coordinates specifically, not the nearest centre's.
