The Istanbul page shows prayer times calculated taking into account local time and geographic location. This is especially important for Fajr, Maghrib and Isha.

The prayer schedule directly depends on three factors: geographic latitude, longitude and the time zone. The sun rises and sets at its own time at every point on the globe, so the moments of Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha inevitably differ even between closely located localities. The greater the difference in latitude, the more noticeable the difference in the morning and evening prayer times. This is precisely why the schedule is drawn up to match the coordinates of each city.
We update the schedule in Istanbul daily. The sun does not rise at the same time from day to day: the daylight length gradually increases from winter to summer and shortens from summer to winter. For this reason the Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha times shift slightly every day. The most noticeable changes occur in spring and autumn, so a daily check with the schedule is the best practice.
Of course. To end suhur, use the Fajr time (04:16) as a reference — the pre-dawn meal must be completed before it begins. The start of iftar coincides with the Maghrib time (20:15): the fast can be broken as soon as the sun sets below the horizon. Since prayer times shift daily during Ramadan, we recommend checking the schedule daily so as not to be off even by a minute.
It is not recommended. The prayer schedule is sensitive to geography: even a difference of tens of kilometres leads to a discrepancy in the Fajr, Maghrib and Isha times. The sun rises and sets at its own moment above each locality, so the data of a neighbouring city is only approximate. To perform the prayer on time, it is advisable to use the schedule calculated for Istanbul according to its coordinates specifically, not the nearest centre's.
